Keep An Eye On Your Rest

A lot of High Performers think “Work hard, play hard” is the best way to be successful. What most don’t realize is there is a third component to this: Rest Hard.

A commonly overlooked #highperformamcehabit is Rest.

It’s the best way to keep high levels of focus, energy, and clarity. Make sure you’re getting proper sleep, oscillating your work and working in ultradium rhythms, if you want to have high levels of focus throughout your week.

I use Sunday as a pure rest day which looks like this: sleep in, morning rituals, brunch, church, meal prep, weekly review and upcoming week preparation.
